I'm Kayleigh Harris and I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years, working in gyms and delivering classes, whilst completing a degree in BSc Health and Fitness.

There is no greater skill than what comes with time and experience, and I have been blessed to work with a range of clientele from 14-70+ with variety of abilities, injuries and goals. From race car drivers to weight lifting grandmas, let me help you achieve your goals.

I have learnt one of the hardest things about exercise is being motivated enough to get to a gym without talking yourself out of it first. Therefore, I aim to eliminate the hassle of travelling, time and gym membership costs, by bringing the motivation to your doorstep.

Training options include one-to-one or with a friend/colleague/partner to add an extra dimension to your workout and reduce costs.

Looking after your health and well-being is my priority, I strongly believe in prevention and exercise is the most under-utilised tool in helping alleviate mental as well as physical illnesses.

Life is about finding your balance, and a happy functional body can help lead to a healthy mind and spirit, which I aim to help people find through their training and understand the importance of self-care.
