Lockdown has revealed the importance of keeping motivated whilst not actually being physically present for every step and lift of your session.

If you are somewhat self-motivated but would just like some guidance then this is for you!

NEW for 2020 is the system of Online Coaching and this is how it works...


First step is the initial email of a FREE and no-obligation Consultation Form, assessing your current level of fitness, injuries and illnesses.

Following this we can have a more formal chat on the phone, or if you prefer FaceTime or Zoom.

Session plans will be created based on your above details and tailored specifically to your ability and getting you to your goals, in a 4-week format of at least 2-sessions a week...
